How do you best grow in life? It's by exploring
new trails, taking a trip you've never taken, introducing yourself
to a new neighbor, isn't it? Growing and feeling fulfilled
happens when we participate in life, not sit on the sidelines.
Growth only happens when we move beyond where we've been. Our
happiest moments come when we involve ourselves not only in
things we know we are going to enjoy, but things that may also
be challenging, worthwhile and most often, likely, surprisingly
satisfying.
Ministries at First Lutheran are not only the
lifeblood of our fellowship together as a church, but also
help all of
us
grow in our faith and our deepening sense of God with us.
To find a new friend while joining a Bible study group would
be
a double blessing. To find that friend, discover a long-term
fellowship through participating in an FLC group and be impacted
by the close, powerful sense of God's real presence in that
same moment is grace and blessing three times over! If one
